We had Grace Lee as our agent for our apartment located at this address: 30 Bedok North Drive, Bedok Residences, and we were very happy with her. Every time we had a complaint, she tried to help us resolve the problem as quickly as possible. For example, we had a few issues with the AC, and she promptly asked the landlord if we could repair it or not. Also, when we left Singapore, we encountered several problems, and thankfully, she understood our situation well and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. I'm pretty sure that if we had another agent, it would have been a different story. We are very grateful to have had Grace as our agent. My wife Sushmita and I moved to Singapore in early 2013 and came to know of Grace Lee, who was our landlord’s agent at the first house we rented. I bought this unit from Grace more than 13 years ago. It was a pleasant experience then. More so since then as she has been helping me to secure tenants for this unit. The recent change in tenants was done with just 3 days of gap between lease maximising the return yet sufficient for some maintenance work before handover. Grace Lee has managed my property for more than 3 years. As i was based overseas, she was my representative in Singapore for finding tenants, screening them and finalising them. All the tenants i got were good families and met my criteria. Even after the tenancy was done, she regularly kept a watch over the place to ensure the unit is maintained and minor complaints are sorted locally and does not need my intervention. She also advised me on the market trend and the appropriate rent amounts to charge. As a result of this, I got the best return on my unit and ensured the unit was kept in good condition. Grace became our agent in January 2017. Grace was considerate in listenening to our requirements and had great depth of knowledge in identifying a range of suitable apartments whilst also providing insight into the Singpore residential areas. We were able to find a place within two weekends of viewings. On moving in, Grace demonstrated her experience by cateloging of the state of the apartment with accompanying photographs. Throughout our enjoable two year stay Grace was always available for any questions we had. Fortunately there were few which is a credit to the place Grace helped us to live in. When our lease finished Grace supported us through the process, bringing the catelogue of moving in items to the pre inspection, and facilitating the neceesary changes such as terminating utilities.
